Provide comprehensive feature sheets on your house containing special features, upgrades, updates, plot plans and other information that would highlight your property.
Plan and follow-though with a custom marketing
and advertising campaign.
Follow up on all showings and provide you with feedback.
Network with Realtors to let them know of your house.
Hold a Brokers' Open House so Realtors can
preview your home.
Hold a Public Open House
Present all offers to you
Advise you on your responsibilities as a seller
Strive to continually keep your home in front of other Realtors and buyers until your home is sold.
Negotiate all offers and advise you on negotiation strategies.
Attend all house inspections and help you
analyze results of inspections.
Arrange for smoke detector testing/certificate with the fire department
Make certain bank/mortgage procedures are
followed through promptly.
Make certain closing date, time and location are set and all parties are informed.
Make myself available to help you find a new home locally, or refer you to a highly regarded Realtor in the area you plan to move to.
